In conclusion, the amounts the tenant must pay to the landlord are as follows:
1. Security Deposit: 5 million KRW paid in advance (on the day the tenant moves into the house).
2. Monthly Rent: 650,000 KRW paid in advance each month. (Electricity and water bills are included in the rent, and it has been agreed that the landlord will pay the tenant's electricity and water bills at the landlord's expense on behalf of the tenant.)
3. However, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the tenant must pay an additional 50,000 KRW in advance each month to the landlord in July, August, and September of every year.
This is because electricity bills during the summer season are charged higher than in other seasons due to the tenant's use of the air conditioner.
There is no window in the bathroom. Cats would be allowed.
