The plant pots were growing well and looked nice when I got there. There were big pots in the living room, room, etc. Even flowers bloomed. I like flowers, so I liked that point in that apartment. I went there on a rainy day, so I felt a little dark, which was a shame.
It consists of three moderately sized bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. My homeowner left a large refrigerator in his room, and I thought it would be a little stuffy to drag it out toward the kitchen.
The room and kitchen are in good condition, and the rental conditions seem to be appropriate. I liked that because the day light condition was better than other lease objects that were covered by the surrounding buildings.
I heard that the landlord plans to leave the beds, built-in closets, etc., but I think he is willing to take them out if it is unnecessary. We have not discussed in detail what he will do with the wallpaper or floorboards. We will need to discuss this later between the contract parties. At first glance, it seemed like a good apartment from the point of my view considering the price. In addition, security was also good.
